Shipping, Delivery and Returns

General

SNOKU offers free delivery for all items in the online store except Modway and Markrún.

We deliver within continental US and Canada only.
Furniture items are delivered within continental US only.

Your order will be delivered to you within 7 business days (special delivery terms might be applied to Modway products).

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (applies to limited number of products). If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail immediately. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours after your order left the warehouse to the e-mail address your provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@snokustore.com.

Pre-ordered products

Delivery. Delivery times for pre-ordered products depend on the moment the product is available in our warehouse. Standard Delivery timelines (5-10 business days) will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available in our warehouse.

Payment. Your payment will be deducted within 7 days after the order is received. We will start the execution of your order once we deduct payment.

Shipping. Pre-ordered products will not be shipped together with regular products you may have ordered. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation once the product is shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of invoice. You must notify us within 2 days after the product delivery to you. We will issue a full refund (less the shipping costs) as long as product(s) is in its original condition, and has all packaging, inserts and tags intact.

Please note!

All returns are subject to validation and approval by SNOKU. SNOKU reserves the right to limit or refuse a refund.

SNOKU reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsalable.

Any bedding and textile items that have been opened, are non-refundable.

If the item is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the item will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

All item(s) marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

All furniture items will incur a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns on non-defective merchandise.

If you decide to return your purchase, please email us at info@snokustore.com and we will send you instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost (including the necessary insurance). However, if the product is defective, contact SNOKU at info@snokustore.com and we will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up from you.

When emailing SNOKU about your return please make sure that you include your name, address, phone number, order number, and e-mail address.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. (i.e.: a purchase made with a credit card; a refund will be issued to the original account).

Damages

We always inspect and pack our products to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at info@snokustore.com to arrange a replacement (you must contact us within two days after receiving the order). Please make sure to keep original item and packaging material. We will require a photograph of the damaged item in order to provide a replacement.

Currency and payment methods

All the transactions are processed in USD. We accept major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal payments. We don't accept personal or corporate cheques.
